BOLT HIIT - 20 minutes

Live on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:15am

This class is a full body sweat and short class! Based on the High Intensity interval training principals, we will be performing a sequence of exercises for a period of time, followed by a short period of rest. After which the entire sequence will be repeated 3 to 4 times depending on the class.

The idea is to give your 100% when you are in the workout phase and then rest so that you maximise the effect and benefits of the workout. The main focus is building strength, endurance and flexibility. This class is ideal for those with a busy schedule, who still want a good sweat and efficient workout that will leave you burning calories for hours after the workout! Boost your metabolism, your energy and stamina! 

All you need is a mat and all your good vibes! (Open to all levels)

YOGA FLOW ONLINES CLASS.jpg

YOGA GLOW - 30 minutes

Live on Mondays @ 7:15am

This vinyasa inspired flow will work both on strengthening your muscles but also develop your flexibility over time. The class typically includes an intro sequence to focus your mind using spine awakening moves as well as breath work, which is then followed by a more dynamic flow, and finally ending with a restorative sequence to end the practice. This invigorating class will leave you feeling energised and glowing for the day! 

Note : You will only need a mat, however we sometime use a towel and/or the wall for some specific exercises.

CORE ONLINE CLASS.jpg

BOLT Core - 20 minutes

Live on Wednesdays @ 7:15am

This class is all about building a strong core. This helps to keeps back injuries at bay, but also improve posture and develops the strength to perform more challenging bodyweight exercises. 

This class will be designed as a HIIT (high intensity class) performing a sequence of exercises for a period of time, followed by a short period of rest. After which the entire sequence will be repeated 3 to 4 times depending on the class. However, the focus will be on the ABS and back to help you achieve over time a stronger and leaner Core!

CURVES AHEAD ONLINE CLASS.jpg

CURVES AHEAD (Women) - 20 minutes

Live on Fridays @ 12:15pm

This class is all about building the right curves in the right places! So ladies get ready to fire up your Booty muscles, core, legs and backs! We will blend some Dance, barre, and yoga moves to work on getting leaner legs, firm our booties, and sculpt our arms and backs! All this wrapped up in a fun 20 min class.

STRETCHER - 20 minutes

Live on Saturdays @ 10:00am

During this class we will focus on stretching the muscles, calming down the nervous system through breath work and restorative poses. This class is a more gentle class which will aim to relax your body and free your mind of the pressure and stress of everyday life. Take a 20 min breather in your day to settle the energy from the week and aim to enter the week end more rested and at peace in your own mind.

UPSIDE DOWN - 60 Minutes

Live every 1st Sunday of the Month

This class is entirely dedicated to building the strength for upside down postures such as Arm balances, Handstands, and head stand. The class will be divided into fun exercises building upper body strength as well as core strength, and developing your confidence to get upside down!

Try this class to get a new perspective on working out! It is fun and makes you feel like you can achieve anything! This class will happen every 1st Sunday of the month and is designed for all levels (however make sure you are familiar with the yoga basics, such as downward dog and upward dog, as well as able to perform planks with proper form)
