Blast HIIT (18 minutes)

This class is a full body sweat and short class! Based on the High Intensity interval training principals, we will be performing a sequence of exercises for a period of time, followed by a short period of rest. After which the entire sequence will be repeated 3 to 4 times depending on the class.

All you need is a mat and all your good vibes! (Open to all levels)
