MONDAY

BLAST HIIT 18 Min workout

Tuesday

Yoga Glow 30 Min workout

Yoga meets Hiit! This 30 min class included a warm up, a sequence of 3 min flows and a relaxation at the end, to feel energised, focused and restored all in the same class. Give your max, breathe and enjoy!

 
 
 

Wednesday

Breathe & Relax 12min practice

Make sure to be in a quiet place, turn off your phone or other distractions to get the most of the practice! These Breathing and relaxation techniques will help you to soothe the nervous system and regain mental clarity.

Thursday

Barre Hiit 30min workout

This is a non stop 30 min workout with a 2 min intro and explanation, 4 min warm up and a 3 min cool down! So if you want to skip straight to the workout go to minute 6 directly to jump right in! Breathe, engage your core, focus on posture, and have fun!

 
 
 

FRIDAY

BOOSTER Hiit 12min workout

Saturday

Stretcher 18 Min workout

Make sure to warm up before each session. This 18 min workout emphasises on mobility and stretching, so make sure you move with your breath and find that sweet edge between pleasure and stretch!

 
 
 

Sunday

Restore 12 Min practice

This session will be all about unwinding and soothing the nervous system. I would encourage you to do the entire video once fully (full disclosure: The explanations last a few minutes so please bear with me! But the actual Yoga Nidra lasts 12… ish!) Once you have practiced it a few times you can skip straight to minute 3:30!
