Getting fit is not the issue, but STAYING fit and healthy throughout your life is the ultimate challenge. I will let you in on something, the toughest step is to start. This is why I have decided to create this kick start one week program to help you make the leap into your health journey!

During this week you will join me for daily workouts and mindfulness practices to help you implement a healthy routine into your life. This is a well thought-out schedule, with a realistic time commitment that you can sustain in the future. The only thing you need to do is to join me on the mat!

  • MONDAY 18 min BLAST HIIT (Workout)

  • TUESDAY 30 min YOGA GLOW (Yoga & Hiit inspired workout)

  • WEDNESDAY 12 min BREATHE & RELAX (Breath work)

  • THURSDAY 30 min BARRE HIIT (Barre inspired workout)

  • FRIDAY 12 min BOOSTER HIIT (Hiit workout)

  • SATURDAY 18 min STRETCHER (Mobility workout)

  • SUNDAY 12 min RESTORE (Relaxation & meditation)

WHAT IS YOGA GLOW?

It is a sweet blend between the best that Yoga has to offer, with High intensity interval training. This vinyasa inspired flow will work both on strengthening your muscles but also develop your flexibility over time. The class typically includes an intro sequence to focus your mind using spine awakening moves as well as breath work, which is then followed by a more dynamic flow, and finally ending with a restorative sequence to end the practice.
This invigorating class will leave you feeling energised and glowing for the day!
You will get all the benefits of yoga in a short and intense session. You do not need to be a yoga master, you do not even need any yoga background! Fear not all levels of fitness are welcome, you will work on strength, mobility and endurance all in one session, and you will feel zen yet regenerated!

Please make sure to bring workout clothes (no shoes needed) & your happy vibes!
